この度ENTER.Sakeは、ブラック/シルバー/ゴールドレーベルの３本をセットに、日本限定スペシャル・ボックスセットを数量限定で受注販売致します。尚、ボックスセットは、愛知県の関谷醸造所から直接お客様へお届け致します。
世界的DJのリッチー・ホウティンは、初来日から20年以上に渡り日本酒をこよなく愛し、数々の酒蔵を訪れ、日本酒を世界へつなげる活動をしてきました。
これまで関谷醸造とENTER.Sakeのコラボレーションボトルは、主にアメリカやヨーロッパのレストラン、バー、ホテル、クラブなどで親しまれていますが、日本国内では、DJコンサートなどのイベント会場での販売のみでした。
しかし２０２０年のコロナ禍で、日本でENTER.Sakeをお楽しみいただけるイベントが中止になってしまっている今、日本からENTER.Sakeを応援してくださる皆さまに向けて、また関谷醸造所とのこれまでの素晴らしい関係の記しとして、今回日本国内初の限定スペシャルボックスセットの販売を決定致しました。みなさまにお楽しみいただけると幸いです。

ENTER.Sake
ENTER.Sake announces an exclusive Japan-only Limited Edition box set with Sekiya Brewery. Sekiya Brewery, based in Achii Japan, has been ENTER.Sake’s main brewery partner since the beginning of the ENTER.Sake project in 2004. This special one-time only release will include the latest editions of ENTER.Sake Black, Silver and Gold, and will be the first time that this complete lineup is available in Japan. Each box set will be handpacked and shipped directly from the brewery.
ENTER.Sake was founded eight years ago by Richie Hawtin, a world-renowned musician and DJ, and certified Sake sommelier. Over the past twenty years Hawtin has travelled throughout Japan learning and exploring the culture of Japanese Sake and envisioned the ENTER.Sake project as a way to bring further awareness of Sake culture to the international market. Over the past eight years ENTER.Sake has grown from its original base on the clubbing island of Ibiza, to full distribution across North America and throughout Europe via restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and clubs.
As restaurants and bars remain closed in my places around the world due to the Covid pandemic, this special box set is a direct-to-consumer celebration of ENTER.Sake, continuing our support for Sake culture and our long-standing relationship with Sekiya Brewery and Japan.

Sake Details
BLACK
A clean pure style of sake, with white mountain flowers on the nose. It has a wonderful clean and soft silky texture. The cleansing acidity also provides good structure and there is a subtle fruitiness with hints of mango, peach and pineapple.
Honjozo-Style

Rice Polishing: 65% Alcohol: 14.5%
SILVER
ENTER•Sake Silver is an aromatic Ginjo sake with honeysuckle on the nose and floral notes of cherry blossoms. Has good weight on the palate with notes of mango, Asian pear, and honeydew melon. Finishes clean and smooth.
Junmai Ginjo
Bottle Size: 720ml
Rice: Mineharuka - 55% Polished Alcohol: 14.5%
GOLD
This is the flagship of our core ENTER•Sake line. It has notes of melon, peach, and chrysanthemum on the palate and ends in a beautiful, bright, crisp finish. The supple body of this sake originates from the pure mountain water, filtered through the Japanese Alps.
